3 3 Top Tips (1) Our top tips for a successful innovative and scalable electronic publication: Dont treat an electronic publication as a series of HTML files which can be created using an HTML authoring tool Your electronic publication should be based on resource fragments stored in a neutral format Server-side scripting should be used to assemble the fragments

4 4 Top Tips (2) Before you publish your first issue: Look at the competition and see what you like, what you dont like and features youd like to emulate Build good relationships with your authors Remember that Content is King – dont become too fixated with the technology!
