3. 3 Top Tips (1) Our top tips for a successful innovative and scalable electronic publication: Dont treat an electronic publication as a series of HTML files which can be created using an HTML authoring tool Your electronic publication should be based on resource fragments stored in a neutral format Server-side scripting should be used to assemble the fragments
