29 Dysmetabolism of nucleotides  Caused by the genetic defect or regulatory abnormality of some enzymes participating nucleotide metabolism. Gout (痛风): pain and tenderness, redness, heat, swelling and joint inflammation Causes : too much uric acid forms crystals in joints and cause inflammation
