Roles and responsibilities define the purpose of a workers employment are defined in job descriptions some examples follow…
Operator to control the operation of a particular machine to maintain agreed production rate to carry out routine maintenance to report defects to look after H&S of self and others.
Supervisor to look after a set of machines/operators to ensure production rates are maintained to ensure routine maintenance is carried out to report defects to ensure safety of self and others.
