Reacting to a call and inventing a project typically failsis inefficient, unless it is directly aligned with previous work

10 Are you serving a policy need? Are your activities of European dimension / European relevance? Which are the main indicators / network / differential services you can offer? What value do you bring to the project? (ideally, the value for the project goes beyond the funds requested) Can you provide a service to a regular player in EU projects? (and start it before the EU proposal?) Which are your strenghts?
