9 Employer Views Survey Survey Process Guide 31 October 2008 This guide details the process for the Employer Views survey, which starts on Monday, 10 November 2008. http://ffe.lsc.gov.uk/Surveys/employer-views/ Framework for Excellence: Employer Views Survey All providers in scope for the Employer Views Survey should have received the questionnaires for onward distribution to their employers by Monday, 17 November. Those providers that elected to have Ipsos MORI administer their surveys need do nothing more: those surveys have already been dispatched directly to employers. Please note that the closing date for completion of the Employer Views questionnaire has now been extended from 5 December to Friday, 12 December.

10 Discussion Examples of Good Practice – Actions taken to Enhance Return 1. We gave contribution to local charity for each return 2. Work-placement Award Evening gave Certificate to each employer asked all to complete simple questionnaire, briefed on developments 3. We instigated quarterly Local Needs Assessment Group – Job Centre, Connexions, LSC, Business Link 4. Used some TQS Criteria in SAR to set enhanced Responsiveness targets 5. 6.
