LIG 4 Allocation Process & Agreement Following LIG 4 Proposal Review & Assessment: – Allocation Letter (Successful & Unsuccessful – Nov 08) & Related Paperwork for Successful Bids. – LIG 4 Agreement Issued for Signature & Invoice for Management Services Contribution (6.9% + Vat). – Management Services Contribution received by ALP / LIG 4 Agreement received & signed by ALP. – LIG 4 Agreement returned / Purchase order issued for 70% of LIG 4 allocation. – Invoice for 70% of LIG 4 Allocation sent to ALP – Paid by BACS. – Final 30% payable on receipt of satisfactory LIG 4 Final Project Evaluation Report & Capital Asset register.
LIG 4 Monitoring Process Site Visits – to monitor progress towards project aims & deliverables and evidence of LIG 4 expenditure (Sample Based). JISC RSC E-Learning Adviser attendance at visits to discuss support available. Telephone Monitoring – to discuss progress, delivery issues & concerns (All Providers). Telephone / communication.
LIG 4 Project Evaluation LIG 4 interim project evaluation report – March LIG 4 final project evaluation report / capital asset register – June Other information on LIG 4 project progress welcomed from LIG 4 agreement holders. ALP report to LSC on outcomes of LIG 4 projects.
LIG 4 Dissemination / Publicity LIG 4 Case studies – highlighting project outputs & deliverables. LIG 4 Good practice – Building upon LIG 1-3. Conference / Event input – peer review. National / Regional workshops. Press releases / interviews / video & film interviews & photographs.
