What do we use to measure capacity? Metric measures- litres, millilitres and centilitres Imperial measures- pints and gallons

Metric measures How many millilitres in a litre? 1000 millilitres = 1 litre How many centilitres in a litre? 100 centilitres = 1 litre

Measures How many litres in 1 gallon? 1 gallon = 4 ½ litres How many pints in 1 gallon? 1 gallon = 8 pints How many pints in 1 litre? 1 litre = 1 ¾ pints
