5 Market Reform Page 4 User Access Security Model ORGANISATION GROUP INDIVIDUAL The Organisation is the entity that represents the Broker, the Carrier, Managing Agent or Third Party organisation using the IMR. The Individual is the entity that represents individual users within a group. Access levels of individuals will be inherited from the group(s) they are in. The Group is the entity that represents an area within any organisation, e.g. the premium and claims handling departments. Access to content will be granted at the Group level. The definition of groups will vary from organisation to organisation and its use is optional.
