Project Objectives To determine the feasibility of establishing total reward statements, initially in pilot Boroughs, then across participating boroughs. To design and develop a template total reward statement for employee self-service To trial the template across interested boroughs To successfully market the concept of total reward to employees throughout participating boroughs To evaluate the impact of the statements on employee morale and engagement and organisational culture
Current thinking Only cost whats truly costable Keep it simple and jargon free Use the opportunity to sell existing benefits – e.g. pension scheme Get across the message that these are benefits, not entitlements How do we develop something that all different operating systems can access? How do we handle staff who dont have regular pc access? How do we manage our differing offers? Who is this available to?
