4 Financial and Administrative When you will be organising your national seminar you should know that some expenditures can be reimbursed and some other not. Also, in the case of reimbursable items, please note that a limited amout of resources is available, so only the most economic solutions can be refunded. But… let’s see that more in detail….

6 Travel costs All journeys must be carried out by the most direct and economic route. Airticket only for journeys over 400 KM cheapest applicable fare in ecomomy class. Travel by car: reimbursement on the basis of the first-class rail fare. Travel by train: use of 2nd class tickets is encouraged.

7 Daily subsistence allowances (DSA) 1 Is a financial contribution which is considered to cover: breakfast two main meals local travel cost of telecommunications (incl fax/ internet) all other small expenses

I Trainers are responsible for “their” national seminar –Selection participants –Sending invitations –All practical arrangements –Inviting national resource persons –Implementation –Reporting and accounting EFFAT and ILO assist with –Implementation, settles financial issues and helps in reporting and accounting –Inviting international resource persons, including Experts Trainers

III ILO staff will Participate in all national seminars: Invite international resource persons Contribute to the programme of the seminar Settle payment of bills Contribute to reporting and accounting Be responsible for reporting and accounting to European Commission and ILO EFFAT will participate in all national seminars and provide International trade union experts
