1 Traditional Slovak potatoes E.V.Válkyová J.A.Komensky Primary School 8.A

2 Ingredients : -Potatoes (1kg) -Butter (150g) -Sauerkraut (200g) -Sheep chees (150g) -Sour milk (1l) -Salt -Cumin

3 Tools : -Backing paper -Knife -Metal plate

4 At first wash the potatoes but don´t hull them. After that, slice them on 2 parts (longways).

5 Put slices of potatoes into the metal plate. Then, salt them and put cumin on it.

6 Put the metal plate into a oven. Bake them about 45 minutes on 180 °C. They are ready if they look like bread – with brown sheel.

7 Put Bandurky on plates. Butter them.

8 Serve them with sauerkraut and sheep cheese. We usually drink milk with this food.

9 It is very easy but delicious slovak food. Bon appetit
