To the woods Introduced the importance of stratification And random sampling The Paddy survey Introduced multistage surveys With different ways of sampling at each stage Including simple random and PPS sampling There is no best way to sample It all depends on the objectives Then we reviewed the common terms And considered how sampling helps attacking the curse of variation!

They prepare a short presentation on their case study, which is given to the whole class. In each case the emphasis is on the sampling and other practical issues that are prior to the data collection stage.

Then a series of further questions are posed, that are to be conducted by students playing the role of consultant and consultee. The scene is then to be delivered to the class.
