2 Vision Our vision for working with.... Educators: –Partners in improving students’ learning through the synergy of reliable technology and innovative access to the very best learning opportunities. Administrators: –Demonstrate leadership and support for collaborative, cost-effective and easy-to-use administrative technology to assist SD36 staff in supporting student learning.

6 Partnership Our positive relationships are the most important things to us. Our core business is supporting people in being excellent at their jobs. Our success lies in our relationships. We are a caring service team, putting people before technology. We will only hire people who commit to IMS’ shared vision. We acknowledge and care about our partner’s goals. We are part of a learning community. We will be advocates on behalf of our customers in the adoption and delivery of technology. Service delivery is first about people. We will always over deliver on reasonable customer expectations. We will have a positive attitude at all times. We will be honest and transparent in all of our interactions. Goal Our customers will view IMS as having a valuable role in the quality and the delivery of the learning and working experience within SD36.

9 Goal We will be a team that will meet all the technical and related service needs of SD36 in the present and in the future. We transform learning. We commit to relevant training: you commit to knowing. We will be relevant and knowledgeable. We will provide easy to use, efficient and effective technology and solutions. We will do it right the first time. We will engineer and resource for value (cost, benefit, service, effectiveness, quality, longevity, adaptability…). We care about the user experience. Industry standards and best practices will guide us in our work. We will continually improve. A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction is as important as skill development. Team synergy is more powerful than individual expertise. We are resourceful in finding and developing expertise (internal or external).
