ToT Buenos Aires Feb 07 The LA CSPP participants were brilliant... very dynamic and diverse... facilitators, researchers, advocates, policy analysts, me. I came back to the hotel... and they were working on a list of basic principles to govern the network. Their enthusiasm is clear. They are very interested. This is an inflexion point.
