I went to 3 different salons and they record appointments in different ways some of them used computers and some used the old fashion ways and jot it down in a book hair by mp record the appointments in a book that is keep behind the desk Super trims did not record appointments because you can just walk in Trends record the appointments on the computer

In the 3 different salons I visited they provide information about the services in different ways: Hair by mp: They had booklets and lots of handout that you could pick up and take with you about the different types of services that they do and they were next to the door. Super trims: They did not have any hand outs or booklets to tell u about the services they provide Trends: They had leaflets in the waiting area for you to look about the services they provide

4. In the salons I visited there is a wide range of products available in the reception. In Hair by m.p the product they have is L'Oreal they had the products on a unit next to the door The product super trims had is wella they had the product on shelf at the back of the salon The products trends has was wella and L'Oreal they had there product on a big uint in the reception area

The 3 salons provided many thing for there customs while they waited for there treatments or services: Hair by mp ---- they provide magazines, booklets about hair styles, leaflets and there was posters for customs to look at Super trims ----- they provide magazines about hair styles for there customs Trends ------- they provide magazines hands out leaflets and books with hair styles in they also had toys for little kids to play with well they watied
