5 Code of Conduct Committee Updates Page 83-84 – Level III Elementary Chart-Discipline Options – Added “Parent Conference” Discipline Option on Level III Elementary Chart Page 89 and 94 – Level III Middle #31 and High #30 – Added wording to include herbal/dietary/nutritional aids or supplements not FDA approved on Level II Elementary and Level III Secondary concerning possessing a current prescription or non- prescription drug or substance Page 93 – Level III High #12 – Removed specification of “…via the District’s computer system” concerning pornographic or sexually-oriented material and/or accessing pornography to be more inclusive to any electronic device

6 Code of Conduct Committee Updates Page 101 – ISS Restrictions/Prohibitions – Reworded this section to be calendar day instead, clarified the prohibition of on-site participation for any school-sponsored or school-related activities, and removed the special permission wording to limit requests for such allowances. Page 102 – OSS Restrictions/Prohibitions, Page 107 – DAEP Restrictions/Prohibitions, and Page 112 – JJAEP Restrictions/Prohibitions – Removed the special permission wording to limit requests for such allowances. Page 113 – Expulsion-District Level Appeal of Expulsion – Update of Executive Director of Secondary Education to Logan Faris, Ed. D
