5 Investment in implementation and infrastructure VIMP’s (up to €50.000) knowledge syntheses and uptake in guidelines 2009-2014 €57 M support GP and home care nurse infrastructure 2014: comprehensive knowledge packages for municipalities including prevention, elderly care and primary care 2014: synthesis of implementation expertise
