5 Roles & Responsabilities Data providers : persons responsible for supplying information to the NSW ►Orginators of the data, Master of the ship, ship owner or an agent authorised by ►Signed by the master / fulffilled by representation Single authority : the competent authority responsible for the NSW Competent authorities : national authorities involved in the clearance of ships arriving at or departure from a port Relevant authorities : any national authority needing, and having legal rights to access the information ►Port, Security, Waste, Border Ctrl, Customs, Health SafeSeaNet
