3 6 Local WorkShops (LWS) WorkShop 1 & 2: local context + youth & elderly * Awareness about healthy food, cuisine traditions and sustainable consumption * Informal/spontaneous meetings in relevant events/places (University, traditional food events, etc.) * For video-editing: filming local context + interviews * Acknowledgment of people appearing

4 6 Local WorkShops (LWS) WorkShop 3 & 4: Experts * Awareness about healthy food, cuisine traditions and sustainable consumption * Interviews: showing & interacting * Good practices in biological food, sustainable growing and farming, healthy restaurants, etc.

5 6 Local WorkShops (LWS) WorkShop 5 & 6: Cuisine * Each Local Working Group cooks recipes related to the topics of the project * Involve local community: open event, invitations to participate, etc.

7 Proof for Final Report 2: * 6 workshops: - Signature sheet of 9 people Local Working Group + local community (some of the people) - 5 pictures per Workshop - Evaluation questionnaire of the 6 workshops among the LWG + local comunity (if possible) -Financial documents: invoices of payments, etc.
