5. Curriculum Writers’ Training Key Concepts Develop an understanding of the principles of Universal Design for Learning and how it should inform decisions in the curriculum writing process. Explain how to apply Universal Design for Learning to choose and evaluate materials, resources, and instructional strategies in order to ensure equitable access to the curriculum for a diverse group of learners. Apply the equity and UDL lens to evaluate digital media and tools for inclusion in curriculum.
