4 My project I want to help improve processes and understanding in renal anaemia management I will map the processes in 12 renal units –Several days observation and some informal interviews –Model developed in correspondence with the unit Examine the similarities and differences Relationship with performance measures? Feed back to units Evaluate effects Can I have some volunteers please!
