Interrogate locality schools’ data At session: Support and challenge colleagues based on data Address agenda priorities (supplied by QIO 1.1 lead, based on key strategic priorities) QIO records agreed actions against agenda priorities After session QIO collates and disseminates actions to locality HTs 1.1 QIO lead collates locality returns for all HTs and QIT

6. HT/QIO Attainment Meeting Takes place for all HTs prior to attainment report deadline (30 th October) Discuss key strengths and areas for development, based on data Identify noteworthy successes for sharing with colleagues
