2 Results Quantitative Qualitative outcomes analyzed from open responses *Of 251, 78% female, 63% with no history of recent HIV testing. *Of 251, 125 internet & 126 paper *249 (99.2%) completed self testing; *Completion rate sero-positives: 100% [95% CI (66%, 100%)]. *Completion rate in sero-negatives: 44·6% [95% CI (38%, 51%)] *Seropositivity: 3·6% [95% CI: 1·8, 6·9] *Of 9 positives (2 faint positive +1 m); * Sn: 66.7% ;Sp: 100% ;PPV: 100% NPV: 98.8% *Disagreement of perceived risk vs. calculated risk: 55% (138); *91% rated self test exp- good. “I think this is the best method, as most people don’t like queuing in clinics for HIV testing. Now this is very easy and fast way of knowing HIV status.” *** “ Risk staging opened my eyes-I thought I thought I was very safe but now I know I am at high risk and I don’t think the questions are too personal.” *** “It’s very good because you test anytime in the privacy of your own home and it’s easy.” *** I wish you can take it to our communities as well because there are people who would love to use it as there are no privacies anymore in our clinics.”
