Early Intervention: Developmental Delay eA child in Preschool Early Intervention with a primary disability of developmental delay should be reevaluated to determine if the child has a school age eligible disability and if she/he does not they should be graduated from Early Intervention. ePrior to a child receiving school age special education the child must be determined eligible by one of the disability categories. eJacob M. requires that special education services cannot be interrupted when children transition from Preschool EI to school.
