5. Monday, after consulting with Academic Affairs you may continue to use the existing Master Course File Process until July 30 th. After that date all corrections and requests for new control numbers will go thru the CCC Curriculum Inventory.

6. Credit/Noncredit unique program number, SP04 Unique-Code, will be available on August 1, 2010 Remember SP (Student Award) data are due by September 15 th A conference call between CCCCO MIS and the district staff can be beneficial in dealing with edit errors.

A semester/quarter data submission will be rejected if more than 1% of all SX04 grades submitted have a value of SX04 = RD. Expand SX05 (Enrollment-Positive-Attendance-Hours) and XF07 (Session-Total-Hours) to 9999V9. An additional SF21(Student Aid Award Type) SO - Osher Scholarship Accounting Method = ‘W’ is not valid for an intersession (XB01 – Section Accounting Method)
