This will enable proper technologies to be considered and assure proper implementation. It is important that the student’s staff is involved.

Team Chairperson will contact ALLTech Team Chairperson will submit the following to ALLTech at the Special Education Offices: Malden Intake Form Contact Betsy, Ida ALLTech staff will make contact ALLTech staff will meet with teacher and student (when necessary) AT suggestions and advice will be provided to teacher Follow up will be provided on an as needed basis

ALLTech evaluator will follow WATI guidelines for assessment WATI AT Assessment Overview for AT Evaluator.doc Team Chairperson will submit the following documentation to ALLTech at the Special Education Offices: Recent IEP including the Administrative Data Sheet Recent specialists reports: OT, PT, Speech and Language, etc. Malden Intake Form ALLTech will meet with student’s team

ALLTech will observe student in appropriate environment Initial investigation/trials with AT Power Point Forms\WATI Trial Use Guide.doc Power Point Forms\WATI Trial Use Summary.doc Team will decide if AT is appropriate and if so it will be incorporated into IEP ALLTech will setup trainings for student and appropriate staff Period Reviews To determine if there are problems/concerns with technology In anticipation of predictable changes To prepare for the typical transitions that occur throughout a child’s school program
