4. Reviewing Previous Meeting Decisions All members approved AMEDA 2008 Financials and Balance Sheet. Members contributions to the CSD11 budget are 10 000 Euros each for both Libya and Morocco and 10 000 US$ each for Lebanon, Kuwait, Nigeria, Oman, Jordan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia. Still Bahrain, Tunisia, Nasdaq Dubai, Kenya, Ghana, BVMAC, Israel, Mauritius, Palestine did not decide yet Marrakech 21 -23 October, 2009 4

Reviewing Previous Meeting Decisions (Cont.d) The new elected executive committee is the president and vice president, Ms. Monica from South Africa, Mrs. Maryam from Dubai, Mrs. Pauline from Nigeria, Mr. Suliman from Libya and finally Mr. Talal from Kuwait. The new AMEDA elected executive committee will also be the CSD11 organizing committee. Marrakech 21 -23 October, 2009 5

6. Reviewing Previous Meeting Decisions (Cont.d) All members re-elected Mr. Mohamed Abdel Salam as AMEDA President and Mr. Samir Jaradat as Vice President and to extend the next term to five years. Next AMEDA meeting will be in Lebanon in the first half of year 2010 and the second meeting in Libya in the second half of year 2010. Marrakech 21 -23 October, 2009 6

7. Current Situation AMEDA members are now 21 members of 19 countries The training committee headed by Ms. Monica Singer Strate CEO succeeded in organizing the 1 st AMEDA Leadership Forum that was held from April 27- 29, 2009 in Alexandria. Further discussions are required to determine the regularity of ALFs and topics to be addressed Marrakech 21 -23 October, 2009 7
