5. How to use Interwise with Outlook Step 1: receive e-mail invitation Step 2: accept (if possible) the invitation

6. How to use Interwise with Outlook Step 3: invitation moved to Outlook calender, no longer in your mail-inbox! Step 5: enter the meeting by double clicking on the first link Please use a headset for communication and not the speakers / microphone of your PC! In case of bad audio connection, you can additionally dial in via telephone Step 4: double clicking on the calender event opens the session details

7. How to use Interwise with other mailing systems If you do not use Outlook or Outlook Express as mailing system, Interwise invitations will be sent to you via e-mail You can accept them but they will stay within your mail-inbox and will not be moved to a Calendar In this case please make sure that you do not forget about the meeting 5 minutes before the meeting starts, you should open the e-mail invitation and follow the instructions –get connected with the web conference by clicking on the link –use also Headsets for communication or dial in additionally via telephone

8. open the meeting.ics file (attachment) to accept / decline / accept tentative this invitation this will open a standard Outlook iCalender window (see “How to use Interwise with Outlook”)
