3. Group Activities Additional investigative work continues after the on-scene phase. This work is carried out at the NTSB laboratory, airline or manufacturer, and independent testing facilities. Examples include:  Component testing  Simulator studies  Engine tear-downs

13. Technical Review All parties are encouraged to attend a technical review of the factual record of the accident.
