4 The Forum will explore…  How many countries, including China, have adopted economic development and the quality of life as twin objectives  How can these two objectives develop together?  Why they are important in developed and developing countries; in provinces; in cities?  What happens to quality of life when there is economic decline?  What the future might look like if these twin objectives were being met?
