2 FREEZING POINT OF WATER Freezing is the process in which matter changes from liquid to solid Execution Take a beaker and fill it with ice cubes, cold water and 5 teaspoons of salt. Then fill a test tube with 1 ml of water, place the tube so that the sample is placed below the water with ice. Put the temperature sensor inside the tube and take measurements. Stop recording after 15 minutes.

3 This graph represents the freezing point of water. The value of freezing point varies from -5°C to 12°C Conclusion In the graph of the freezing water we can see that for a period of time the temperature is stable but after it falls.

4 MELTING POINT OF WATER Fusion is the process in which the solid changes from liquid. Execution Take a 150 ml beaker and fill it with hot water and place ice with the sensor. Stop recording after 15 minutes.

5 This graph represents the melting point of water. The value of melting point varies from -2°C to 56°C Conclusion The graph of the melting of ice shows that for a period of time the temperature remains stable but after it rises.
