3. Attention Freshman: Anyone interested in joining the Freshman Leadership Team should see Mr. Guerra in room A229 or Mr. Maher in room A218 for an application. The leadership team will have our first meeting on September 29th at 7:00am in Mr. Guerra's room. Stop by if you have any questions.

6. Attention students interested in participating in the fall play: Auditions on Thursday have been changed to Tuesday, September 29th from 6pm-9pm in the Performing Arts Center. See Ms. Barricklow for questions in room A101.

7. The Secular Student Alliance will be meeting on Monday, September 28 th from 3-4 in Ms. Eddy’s room, A125.

8. Leadership applications are now available for class leadership teams. Please see your class advisers to pick up your application and learn about begin a member of class leadership.

9. Maple City Driving School will conduct a segment 2 class starting on Oct. 5th. The class will be held in room A-100 and will start right after school. No pre registration is needed for a segment 2 class. Information about segment 1 and segment 2 classes can be found in the main office.

10. The Girl’s JV Volleyball team picked up a SEC win by defeating Dexter 25-16, 25-21 and 11-15. The Maples put early pressure on the Dreadnaughts and never looked back. Team Highlights: Ashley McCutchan had 8 points, Cailin White had 9 points, Hanna Smith had 15 assists, Maddie Keck had 8 points. Their next match up is Tuesday at Chelsea to face the Bulldogs.

11. There will be a Project Unify meeting after school on Monday 9/28 in Mrs. Paulson's room.

12. Adrian boys soccer jv played a great game against Stockbridge winning 7-0. 4 goals scored by Lucas Diaz, 1 by liam DiPietro, 1 by Royce Ohlinger, and 1 by Andrea Gracci. The varsity soccer team defeated Ypsilanti Community High 4-3 tonight. Matt Baucher had 5 saves in goal to celebrate his birthday. Alex Hanosh led the attack with a hat trick and an assist while Gavin Domges scored the other Maple goal and Jon Jimnez had an assist. The Varsity will host Clinton on Saturday morning at10am.

13. To those students who are going to Paris and Barcelona in November with Mrs. Soto, there will be a mandatory meeting in Mrs. Soto's room A129 on MONDAY, during 4th hour. Important information will be given so plan to attend.

14. Congratulations to the Adrian Equestrian Team for an exceptional season. Even though we did not make it to Regionals, the team finished only 38 points from first place: Julianne Frank had 57 points; Morgan Gardner 167 points and Vena Hall 104 points. Great job Team!
