2  Work on Project  Turn in by end of this lab: ▪ Cover sheet ▪ Brief status ▪ May resubmit Project Proposal with updates for status ▪ 1 sheet per team with ▪ Team Name ▪ Team Members ▪ Team Signatures  10 points for each team member with a signature  Team captain upload copy to Moodle ▪ Use the Project Proposal for a basis ▪ Update the info as needed

6  Length: needs to be appropriate  ~5 to 100 pages  Niceties  TOC  Index (if appropriate)  Captions ▪ Tables ▪ Figures ▪ Screenshots  Pages numbered ▪ 1 of x format is best  Properly bound ▪ 3-ring binder ▪ Neatly stapled - book style (3 on the long side) ▪ Anything that looks nice and doesn’t easily come apart  Appendices if needed ▪ Good place for PowerPoints if used in presentation

Fred missed the 11/22 and 12/4 meeting without informing the group ▪ Fred's main task was to test the xyz module with test cases 1 through 15. The group did not get the data by the target date.  Must be turned in!  Significant deduction if not turned in

Give a 10 (if deserved) to the major contributor in that category

11  A well documented failure is better than a badly documented success  Due Lab 14  In your regular lab period  Presentations:  How is up to your team ▪ PowerPoint ▪ Live demo ▪ …  About 15 min. each (including setup) ▪ No longer than ½ hour  Note in requirements:  Last page: Typewritten team member names with signature ▪ No signature, no grade! ▪ Hint: make two copies with signatures now!  Project name, team name and number, course and lab section, etc. must be visible from the outside!

12  Make a copy of the report for yourself  If you want the original it will be available after December 15  Whole team must be present to get it ▪ At least those with a signature on the last page  Use it as support in interviews, etc.  Shows quality of your work  Shows ability to work with a team
