Jayashree welcomed all the circlers for the second meeting. She informed the floor that Area 2 meeting was held on Aug 5 th,it was attended by Cr. Uma, Cr Sivagami and Cr. Jayashree. Cr. Sarala has taken up Area 2 Treasurer. She thanked Cr. Uma and Cr. Sarala for making MALC 92 proud by taking up in National and Area Board respctively. She thanked Cr. Madhu, Cr. Uma, Special invitee Dr. Manimegalai and the Twinklers for their amazing support for the dance practice sessions, held at Cr. Madhu’s and special invitee Dr. Manimegalai’s residence. She shares her brilliant memories. Their performance was wonderful. She requested the circlers to write an article on area 2 fellowship for the rendezvous. Cr. Sarala was given a send off on 25 th of Aug, as she was leaving to Aberdeen to attend the Ladies Circle International conference. MALC 92 is proud of her representation. Cr. Jayashree informed the floor that we are exchanging friendship basket with 8 circles in London and the gifts are sent through Cr. Sarala. The floor approved the entire bill amount for Rs. 2205 /- for the gifts. Cr. Jayashree informed the floor that National AGM is to be held in the month of Dec 26 to 28 th @ Vizag and requested all the circlers to attend the National AGM. She informed the floor that RTI Foundation is providing Rs. 100000 for the project and requested the circlers to identify a project to construct a class room, Cr. Madhu suggested a school in Madaveli, which is yet to finalize.

Kavitha Andasu The Floor discussed the AMF and decided to increase it to Rs. 2500/- and She requested all the circlers to pay AMF before 15 th Sept. Cr. Kavitha reported that, the balance in the Charity a/c is 1,67,429.33. The balance in the Admin A/c is 19,177.48.. Cr. Sivagami informed that charter’s day greetings was sent to Calcutta sterling LC 83,Delhi millennium LC 89,Secunderabad LC17 & Coimbatore LC 1. The first meeting was acknowledge by Manisha mohuntha Ntl. Sec, Lc 19,37,103,44,41,97,46,34, & 100. She shared her experience about the secretary’s e- group with other circlers and she requested the new circlers to come forward to take up such responsibilities. Anniversary Greetings was sent to Cr. Jayashree informed the floor that Independence day was celebrated in VPU School Cr. Uma and Cr. Jayashree was the Chief Guest, they donated Chocolates & Pencil for the entire school. Dinner was given by Cr. Jayashree for 60 children at seva samajam under the guild of service. Rs. 1200 was donated by Cr. Sarala to CRY. The floor was informed that a blood donation camp is to be conducted on 27 th August 08, in MLITS @ Ascendes Park in association with Apollo Hospitals. She asked the circlers to suggest some orphanage or old age home to conduct a dental camp for this quarter.

Leg Uttam for their extended support for the successful fundraiser whopping around Rs. 68500. A big around of applause was given to Cr. Kanak. She added that the circle is ready to do one more fundraiser and ask the circlers to give ideas, many came up with the new ideas. The Floor finalized to organize the tickets for one more movie for its fundraiser. Cr. Madhu took an extra effort to show the dance pictures and the fellowship practice sessions @ Cr. Manimegalai’s & Cr. Madhu ‘s residence to the floor, Performed by MALC 92 for the Area 2 fellowship organized by Area 2 live Chair person Cr. Yamini,in honor of our LC International President Cr. Kathleen. We represented the state of Tamil Nadu. Our Circlers danced for a fork song and their performance was amazing, which made the audience to ask “once more”.
