5. Instructions for using SnagIt 1. Whatever you are trying to capture your desktop must be opened. Minimizing what you want to capture is not necessary, just open Snagit. 2. Choose a capture from the Basic capture profiles. 3. Click capture. 4. The Snagit window disappears when you see a box with an explanation of how to complete the capture. You need to follow the directions to complete the capture. 5. Upon completion, the capture appears in the Capture Preview window. Click on output on the Output Options toolbar. 6. Click Done to close the Output Options toolbar.
