WATER IMPORTANT Message for ALL Students from the Health Support Assistant Many pupils are reporting to me with headaches, this is often due to not drinking enough water throughout the day To prevent headaches it is very important to drink water PLEASE remember I cannot give out plastic cups. You MUST bring plastic bottles which you can refill during the day, or you can purchase a water bottle for £2 from me or Home Ec Dept
