21. Stowarzyszenie Klub Sportowy „Activita" /Association/ raised in 2011 and have got legal character The Club is working in Topola-Osiedle, but in case when realization of statutory purposes demand it, Club can lead activities on all over the region of Republic of Poland, and also outside from the border of Country.

22. The Primary purpose of activity in the Association is creation the conditions for development of the professional:  social,  educational,  culture,  sports skills for youth and adult people.

23. Club undertook an initiative like:  cultural festivals,

24.  conducting teams of football

25. Sporting events including :  sport dance learning,

26.  acrobatic elements,

27.  aerobics for children, youth and adults living in the region, upon State fish farm,

28.  organization of holiday - training camps, summer camps and day camps.

30. The above mentioned forms of work were carried out in partnership with various actors in public life and especially with the local School Complex. Activities of the Club goes beyond the discipline of physical education. Club on a large scale became an organizer of courses in psychology, labor market.

31. For several years the club was running a large scale activity in the prevention of undesirable attitude and behavior of young people. This work is based on organize various forms of recreation and sporting events in connection with drug prevention and anti-addiction.

32. These projects had the shape of training and recreational camps, summer camps and day camps, and were executed with the involvement of specialists in the field of psychology, medicine etc. This activity is designed to prevent forms of social exclusion among young people. Club next to the organizing work in the sports sections had got particular importance for adult non-formal learning and connecting of classes of physical education for adults, children and adolescents.

33. This subject has been implemented in several projects and have had positive results. The Organization will assist in reaching goals and promote project among a local community.
