3. Mission Statement To be and advocate for those in hunger and those that are homeless. To find solutions to end starvation and homelessness. To teach people the power of healing and healing techniques and heal the land. To equip, empower and train people to work together to bring effective change. To send those equipped and trained globally to reach others, helping each one person at a time. To help people increase income, decrease debt and tax liability so each can pay their bills, care for their families and help others in need.

4. The Global Team TKOH is a think tank with the desire to end starvation and homeless and bring healing. The global team consists of people that have a heart to help others in need and provide tools for trained TKOH Practitioners. Trained Practitioners reach out to those on the Internet, provide training for them and help deal with local problems and needs.

5. To Help those in Need Starvation: Today each day some 10,536 people starve to death. Homelessness: Today more than 30 million are homeless for a variety of reasons, not because of themselves. Drug Abuse: Today 4 in 25 are addicted to drugs or alcohol. Reduce Crime: Crime affects 1 of every 7 people. More laws and stronger penalties do not work. Reduce the division and schisms, so people can communicate and work more effectively to help others. To be and advocate for those in need, petition governments and work to find solutions.

Why All of this Happens Bad Beliefs NNot our Problem, Government, God, etc. PProblem Too Big TToo Busy MMust be God’s Will JJesus will deal with it when He comes again LLeave it to Jesus, He is in control IIf God wants Problems resolved He will tell me to do something. I am waiting on God LLack of understanding that we are all connected to each other and dependent on one another. Bad Beliefs or Good Beliefs, (Fruit) Will Always Bring Fruit After It's Own kind!

7. Available Options Do Nothing, Hope and Pray it Gets Better. Know that Doing Little or Nothing will probably Continue to Bring the same Result. Do Some Self Examination, Look at Beliefs and Where they came From Accept Responsibility for what is Happening or not Happening. Accepting responsibility for anything is always the first step to bring effective change. Any of us are either a part of the problem or part of the solution. Pool Resources: Learn to Work Together as Originally Intended.

8. There is Power in Unity and Confusion & Defeat in Lack of Unity EEach of us has the power to make a difference and bring effective change to any community by working together with those of like mind and spirit. TTo get people to work together, the needs of people have to be taken care of in body, soul & spirit so they can and will help others. LLove conquers all, laws bring division. If people are loved and cared for they will help others.

9. Goals & Objectives  To inform people of what is happening and why.  To seek out and provide solutions that work.  Equip the Practitioners with the tools needed to reach a number of people.  To support the work of the Practitioners on a global basis, supplying each with the tools they will each need to reach everyone globally.  To bring healing to people and the land.

10. Practitioners Reaching People Practitioners have the ability to understand local needs and problems and communicate those needs to us to seek solutions. We all understand it for the most part! The question is, “ do we have the will to do it?”

11. Practitioners to Understand Needs To turn things around the needs of people need to be cared for in their body starting with the basics in a vision. From the vision a plan and from a plan is action. When peoples needs are cared for the word spreads to others. Our desire and goal is to help each Practitioner successful and help create wealth for each so they can help those in the local community, not only with finances, but also in emotional healing, which reduces stress and disease caused by stress. To train Practitioners in the art of healing.

12. Risks & Rewards Risks – Obviously one risk is that nothing will change. – The other risk is that those that do become successful are too selfish and do not reach out to others. – Empowering people can be a good thing as long as they have the heart to help others. Often times when people are empowered, they often forget about those in need. Rewards – It will turn things around. – End many of the problems, not only for us, but the sake of our children (curses or blessings effect several generations), because unless things change what kind of place will this be if things get worse? – A future for us and our children.

13. Key Issues Getting the word out that things do not have to be the way they are and we can do something about what is happening! Although change can come quickly, normally it takes time to measure results and usually adjustments need to be made! What we focus on increases. So what is focused on needs to be workable solutions! A House Divided Cannot Stand Unity is key, division and schism’s caused by those that are self centered, causes the division.

14. Things you can count on: A team of people that understand that you are out there doing the best you know how to do and us understanding you are counting on us to help develop the tools you need to make the job doable. Commitment on our part to help get the job done. We are open to listening to the needs of people to make things better for everyone and committed to either designing or creating solutions that will help a great number of people. Timely and relevant needs based information.

15. What we are looking for in a Practitioner: Have a heart to learn. Be open to learning new concepts. Ability to follow simple directions Have the ability to act upon what you have learned. Ability to lead by example and desire to walk with people. Ability to see the path and the vision and desire to walk that path with others of like mind and spirit to accomplish the goals of the vision. Understand the needs of the people or community you are called to serve and dedicated to helping people with their needs in body, soul and Spirit and communicate those needs to us and or others so we all can seek His will for them.
