19 Property Management Proposal For a 12 month period, or until owners (Lucia Family) have to relocate abroad, Karla Lucia is willing to extend the following turn-key services to new owners, for 10% of booking rates: – Maintain and manage property listing on all current sites (new owner responsible for listing fees) – Manage all rental booking, including check-in/check-out, attend to all guest requests & questions, manage all services, including, housekeeping, gardening, pool maintenance – Use of all branding of property, all contract agreements, house rules and service contractors
