13. On the east of Patras, there is the mountain (Panahaiko), On the west is the gulf of Patras, which is part of the Ionian Sea

14. On the north east is the Rio – Antirio bridge which connects the Peloponnese with mainland Greece

24. Our proposals to reduce pollution:  Increase cycle paths,  use the bike to go to school,  use electric, solar or hidrogen vehicles,  use “pedibus”,  use one car in more people,  make less expensive school transports.

We reached the conclusions:  Water sports are fun and good exercise  The sea and the port are an essential element in the economic, cultural and social life of Patras  Wind energy is ecological, cheap and a “clean” form of energy  Walking is not only the best way to get to know a place, its history and culture, but also a very good way of moving around  Technology through tablet/mobile phone applications can assist learning in an interesting way
