5 www.qualityaction.eu WP3 (evaluation) will develop data collection instruments (e.g. for evaluating the practical application of tools) WP7 will develop specific indicators/ evaluation questions to be included into evaluation instruments – in order to derive quality principles and criteria from data collection ‘What do we need to know from participating projects and programs (before and after application) in order to develop quality principles and criteria?’ Agreement on WP7-specific indicators for data collection (6/2014)

6 www.qualityaction.eu Focus group discussions will be conducted by WP3 in collaboration with WP7 (during the regional training workshops Part II) WP7 will include relevant indicators/ questions in the topic guide for the focus groups – in order to analyse which factors the trainers experienced (when applying the tools) as successful in order to improve quality of prevention Focus groups with trainers (10/2014 and 01-02/2015)

7 www.qualityaction.eu The literature review is being conducted by the Institute of Health- and Tourism Management (Austrian University of Applied Sciences, FH Joanneum) – with the aim to identify and synthesize literature on approaches, applications, guidelines and tools – which intentionally influence quality HIV prevention work and processes in a positive direction Literature review (6/2014)

8 www.qualityaction.eu The Charter will be based on the analysis of the results of the practical applications of the five QA/QI tool It will include a short introduction into the topic and the agreed quality principles and criteria for HIV prevention Charter for Quality in HIV Prevention (11/2015 and 2/2016)
