4 Take a minute… Please turn to the person next to you, if you know that person find someone you don’t know Introduce yourself…  Name  Year  Major (LSA and SOE)  Where you’re from Ask 3 or more of the following questions (don’t worry you won’t have to share with the group):  What’s your favorite book? Movie? Music? Candy bar? Ice cream? Dessert?  What’s one thing you’ve always wanted to do?  What’s your ideal vacation?  Do you have any siblings?  The usual questions or be creative..

9 MLK Day A huge thank you to all those who volunteered! We couldn’t have done it with out you! Over 500 kids from all over Eastern Michigan attended 80 volunteered, including over 30 as teacher-leaders

10 Movie Nights Once or twice a month we will do a showing of a different motivational teaching film, such as…  Lean on Me  Stand and Deliver  Dangerous Minds  Dead Poets Society  Any suggestions are welcome! Just email me! The first movie will be Dangerous Minds and will be shown in the Tribute Room at 7 pm on February 3 rd

13 Elections These will be held in the middle of March Who will it be? Who will comprise the next Executive Board of the Tau Epsilon chapter of KDP and carry it forward into the future?...Could it be you?!?! If you are thinking about joining next years executive board please feel free to contact any of the currents members!

15 Michigan Association of Teacher Educators 2010 Spring Student Teacher Conference  Becoming the Best Teacher I Can Be SATURDAY, MARCH 27, 2010 $25, includes breakfast and lunch. ($30 if register at door)
