Measure Spec for DHP for MH with Zonal ER “Install an inverter driven DHP, with nominal 0.75 tons or more heating capacity and an HSPF rating of 9.0 or higher, in the main living area of an existing manufactured home with an existing zonal electric heating system. House cannot have any of the following: heat pump, a ductless heat pump, a whole- house forced air heating system (any fuel).” Key Change: removed “primary” requirement for existing heat source. 3
