7 Objectives Determine exact location of Coast Guard Assets Create layer of Coast Guard Asset locations Determine range/endurance of assets Determine areas that no assets can reach within 6 hrs Analyze results and make recommendation on where assets should be home ported and deployed to

How many cutters are needed in high threat vector to maintain acceptable coverage? 4.Identify differences in Coast Guard coverage with and without aircraft on deck

19 Anticipated Results Gaps exist past 100 nm Inshore area will be well covered by assets Aircraft on deck of cutters increase coverage and operational readiness. Cutters need to be stationed offshore to respond to have adequate offshore coverage.
