1 Somerset Dementia Adviser Service Have you received, or are in the process of receiving, a diagnosis of dementia? Where can I get the information I want when I need it? What support is available for me and for my family? The service is designed to ensure you get the most out of life by guiding you to all the information you need, not only about your illness but also where to find the most appropriate services in your local area.
