3 “Back to the Basics” is to apply things in the past which save the environment and human being for the sustainable future.

4 Reasons Many problems from modern technologies Over consumption

5 Example Changed House Today, we have an air conditioner to comfort us but they make a lot air pollution. Maybe we have to change our house design to make it possible to live without this thing. Mizuta resident is the one of good design.

6 Example To reduce over consumption Nowadays, we want a lot of unnecessary things. That became environmental problems. Maybe it is better to growth vegetable or fruit around our house for our food and have a simple life which is similar to Hayashi’s lifestyle.

7 Actions back home Individual We would use natural packages instead of plastic packages since Thailand have a lot of banana tree, its leaves can be used as a package.

8 Actions back home Individual We would grow our own vegetable or fruit as food in our family. This can reduce over energy consumption because we don’t have to go to a supermarket.

9 Actions back home School We are going to create campaign “No plastic bag in school.” We would use other thing which is green. Many things which are green come from the past knowledge.

10 Actions back home Community In our village, If we have our own products, we can exchange them with other people’s products because we cannot produce everything by ourselves at the same time.

11 Summary The most dangerous enemy of the world is the human habit to use a lot of things that are not necessary. Finally, let us ask ourselves, “Which things in the past can we use for a sustainable future?”
