New Prequalification Requirements What does this mean? To maintain environmental prequalifications, the following will be required: Environmental Refresher updates: Yearly Environmental Courses (CE, 4(f)/6(f), Eco, Permits, Section 106): every 5 Years 1-week NEPA Course: every 10 years.
