20 New Freedom Eligible Activities… New- August 10, 2005 Maintenance of Effort – Cannot Terminate ADA Para-transit Service and Reintroduce as New New Service and New Alternatives must go beyond the requirements of ADA, and – Be targeted toward individuals with disabilities – Meet the intent of the program by removing barriers
