Set a Goal Remember: Set high, but realistic goals based on your needs, wants, and values
Plan your Actions What do I have to do to reach my goal? Who does what, when, where, and how? What is my time schedule? What resources do I have and what do I need? What will it cost?
Implement/Act Carry out your plan! Follow your time schedule Keep a Check List Make necessary changes
Evaluate: Give yourself a grade Did I meet my goals? What did I do well? Where could I have improved? What changes can I make next time?
