13 POINT 9.2 TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures in Point 9.2 13 Point 9.2  Creating the Loan Estimate and the Closing Disclosure The Loan Estimate and the Closing Disclosure are dynamic The GFE and TIL must continue to be used for loan applications started prior to October 3, 2015 and, as applicable for excluded loans. Calyx customers will need access to all of the disclosures Calyx will continue to support both sets of disclosures

14 POINT 9.2 TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures in Point 9.2 14 The Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure in Point Good News for Calyx Customers The steps for creating TILA-RESPA disclosures in a Point file will remain virtually the same as the current steps for creating the GFE and TIL. The Fees Worksheet and TIL screen will continue to be the initial data entry points for the data that will populate the disclosures. Data entered to the Fees Worksheets and TIL screens is routed to the required data points in the Loan Estimate and the Closing Disclosure.

16 POINT 9.2 TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures in Point 9.2 16 Populating the Loan Estimate if you are a LENDER  Your Lender Name, will automatically populate onto the Loan Estimate from the information already in your Company default settings in the Utilities Menu  Utilities > Company Defaults > Company Information

17 POINT 9.2 TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures in Point 9.2 17 Populating the Loan Estimate If you are a BROKER  Your Name, as entered in your in your Company default settings in the Utilities Menu will continue to populate page 4 of the Loan Application as is required. There is an additional step to populate your lender’s name onto the Loan Estimate:  STEP 1: Indicate that you are a Broker in the Checkbox in your Company Information Window

23 POINT 9.2 TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures in Point 9.2 23 Closing Disclosure and Closing Costs Worksheet  The Closing Cost Worksheet is modeled after, and looks just like the Fees Work Sheet  Closing Cost Worksheet includes Copy from Fees Worksheet functionality  The Closing Disclosure is designed to populate from the new Closing Cost Worksheet  The Closing Disclosure is located in the Forms Menu and designed to dynamically generate according to loan type for proper fee and cost groupings.  Closing Disclosure screens are more detailed than the Loan Estimate because of tolerances and settlement charges
